Walls are thin! They are so thin that you can hear your neighbors foot steps going from their bed to the kitchen to grab a drink. Because of this it causes all the neighbors to fight. 5 years living there I couldn't use my speakers. If I had 3 guests come over the neighbors would think I'm having a party. There's nothing you can do. The apartments were bigger in the past but they decided to split it doing a poor job to increase their revenue. The super is also very lazy. If he says hes gonna do something make sure you text him to have evidence. He does good work but clearly hates his job.
