Renters approve of the building's owners
The original owners were very kind and always cleaned the common spaces and took care of the garbage. Great neighborhood.
There was loud construction at least 1-2 times a year and little responsiveness to requests for quiet during work from home hours. Also asked for a 15% rent increase in just 1 year.
