Okay building, terrible landlord
Pros
Apartments are a decent size
Cons
There were cockroaches, weird stains on the walls, landlord will harass you and try to take advantage of you. And go back on their word. Landlord has no empathy, especially at the height of the pandemic.
Advice to the owners
Have some respect for your tenants. Sell your building, you're not fit to maintain the property.

Awful landlord - don't rent here!
Pros
The building is livable. But there were roaches.
Cons
The landlord is difficult. Seriously consider living elsewhere if you don't want to be ripped off.
