    Great and peaceful building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    No one steals packages (which is great) and the neighbors are friendly
    Cons:
    The heating system (the radiators) don't always function well. The heat supply isn't consistent so you'll have to keep your radiator open all the time to get responsive heat
