Renovated standard building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, super keeps laundry working and garbage clean. I haven't had repairs needed so can't speak to that. Only 8 units I believe so relatively quiet/not busy.
Cons:
Price hikes are really ginormous bc it is the only non stabilized unit on the block (like 500-600$ increase!) and you can hear neighbors on your floor pretty clear. The only main issue I had was 2 months no oven/gas and they just gave a hot plate to substitute. They gave notice but dates were way off and was super frustrating

So lucky we found this apartment!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean and the Landlord, Eddie, is extremely responsive. Any minor issues are addressed immediately!
Cons:
I would love to have access to the backyard area.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing great work!
