    I like my neighborhood

    Pros:
    It is very well located, restaurants, laundry, banks, stores, supermarkets, near the station to manhattan and forest hills, near to schools.
    Cons:
    Too many drunkers and smokers at broadway and in front of the house
    Advice to owner:
    Exterminate the mice
