The landlord is very tidy-- cleans the stairs weekly and keeps the trash and recycling area very neat. Both the bathroom and kitchen have lots of storage. The gated front patio area makes it feel really homey and safe.
Deliveries and guests don't pay attention to which doorbell is which so you'll frequently go downstairs for something that isn't for you (there isn't an intercom).
