Nightmare on 25th Avenue

Not a single thing
Cons:
Landlord shuts off heat and hot water during Winter as he pleases. Landlord had my personal cable disconnected and rerouted to him! Constant loud noise, yelling. people fighting and going up and down stairs all hours. Door slamming. Landlord raises rent every month. Police back and forth on this property. Landlord even jailed. Check the public records yourself.
Advice to owner:
Be a decent human being

The landlord, wife and entire family live there. You have no privacy. They are loud, constantly making noise, slamming doors and going up and down the stairs.
The landlord increases rent at every opportunity.
The landlord controls the heat and hot water and turns them off whenever pleases.
It’s a mile to the closest subway and brutal during the winter and hottest months.
