Convenient location to train, restaurants, grocery and laundry.
Upstairs neighbor harasses tenants, the landlord does not respond to problems and tries to rent out apartments before current tenants move out without making any needed repairs. There 14 yrs and they never replaced cracked floor tiles that were there before move in date.
Fix the water pressure, deal with the bad tenants and other problems.
