Nice enough to stay

Pros:
The building is family owned, very responsive to texts, but didn’t believe us about having roaches even though we found one dead the day we moved in. But they took precautions to keep us happy and with our own precautions we haven’t seen any in a while. Landlord is very approachable as well.
Cons:
The stairs are pretty creaky and the walls are fairly thin. I can hear my neighbor through my bedroom wall (presumably) speaking at a normal volume. It’s an 11 minute walk to the train which isn’t long but I wish it were shorter.
