    Great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Never had any major issues. Live in super. Well maintained building. Very quite building, older tenants, everyone keeps to themselves.
    Cons:
    Minor inconveniences of a 100 yr old building.
    Advice to owner:
    None at this time
