Not bad, but not great

Building itself was nice. Updated Kitchen and Bathroom. New Split HVAC Unit

Cons

Landlord took a long time to respond to issues (leaky ceiling, water issues) Kitchen is very close to fire detectors so the slightest smoke will trigger the alarm. At one point the laundry machine was hooked up to our meter and so we were paying a lot more in utilities than we needed to, but eventually the problem got resolved, but again it took a very long time to get to that point. And whoever her building manager is (the one in charge of all the repairs) has the most condescending tone and the worst at trying to solve any issues with you, until the law starts to get in involved. Major power tripper.
