DO NOT MOVE INTO 31-15 21st AVE 2F

Pros

Affordable rent and close to train.

Cons

Do not move into 31-15 21st Ave, 2F as the next door neighbor in 2G is a terrible hoarder and defecates on the floor. There is a serious roach problem in the building that has yet to be rectified.

Advice to the owners

Clean and fix air issues. Evict those damaging the property.

Super is useless

Pros

You won’t be cold in the winter Large lobby Side street can be used to unloading/loading Barely hear your neighbors Laundry in basement (pay by credit card) Dogs are allowed Bleached the shared areas multiple Times during covid

Cons

You’ll have to open your windows to negate the heat Some Mice and roaches Lobby routinely has crumbling patches from the ceiling Super and son do minimal upkeep work, they focus on their cars Water damage can be seen on windows while standing by the trash No storage for bikes or residents items (despite large basement) Maintenance requests ignored unless you speak face to face with super, not his family. Sent rude letter at the beginning of covid to all tenants regarding not missing rent payments, then realized their mistake and sent thank you notes for on time payments. Rent increased during pandemic

Advice to the owners

Remind super that he works for the tenants.
