Owner was very responsive, rent only increased along with city increases.
Cockroaches were out of control. Owner may have been trying, but they got worse and worse from 2020-2025.
Landlord was very responsive, apartment was remodeled before we moved in, pet friendly, not a busy street, you are the first/last stop on the N/W so you can get a seat, groceries stores and great restaurants nearby
Lots of cab and Uber drivers park on the street so parking is tough but better than other places in the city, walls were thin so hear your neighbors very easily, no laundry in building and no laundromats close by, bad ventilation in the apartment so the smoke alarm goes off all the time (and you could hear your neighbors’ go off all the time too) when you used the stove or oven.
