    Pros:
    Nothing. The building is garbage with mice and bugs coming in from outside. The landlord is completely unresponsive and does not believe it’s possible.
    Cons:
    Everything. Too much noise from surrounding neighbors, mice, bugs, non responsive owners.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop renting properties, you’re not good at it.

    Pros:
    The backyard was nice, but sadly this is the only pro.
    Cons:
    This place has so many holes that mice get through, owner is negligent. My partner and I are very neat, and the house was still infested with mice and ants. Owner is nasty and will blame you for any issues with the apartment. If you want anything to be fixed you will have to wait weeks, and then you will be blamed for causing the problem even if it’s not your fault. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else!
