It’s easy to find parking
Cons
Building not habitat for humans, starting from no heat and hot water, to leaking ceilings,mushrooms growing inside the apartment, bugs and cockroaches, unsealed windows, gaps between the doors and trash-hold, so cold air and rain water get right into the apartment, difunctional boiler so expect to smell fumes all the time. Will stop here to keep it short
