No gas for over six months
Pros
Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, no pests
Cons
Gas incorrectly installed and was shut off in Aug 2019 after not passing inspection. Mgmt sat on problem and never fixed it or offered rent reductions. we were without heat or hot water for a period of time, resulting in violations for the owner. Had to move out early.
Advice to the owners
You’re so crooked. Do things to code the first time and take responsibility when they go wrong.
