Lousy Leprechaun Landlord from Hell

Cons
Landlord is very disrespectful and combative, and refuses to complete any repairs in the home. In addition, the house has pests such as mice, cockroaches, and ants. The landlord will not get this professionally taken care of and incorrectly bombed the place using other tenants in the building from unregistered apartments (it says 2 but there are at least 4 units here) on different days, causing the roaches to run from one apartment to another. Alleged "one bedroom" is actually a studio with a hanging door about to fall off the hinges, and a queen sized bed can not even fit in there. Neighbors upstairs stomp constantly and are very dirty with multiple dogs that run back and forth and up and down the stairs at all hours. The apartment has electrical wiring issues and we lost power once for a whole week while she vacationed in Florida. In the end it was a simple breaker switch flip, but she refused to allow us to use the breaker, which is located in the apartment. She frequently sends inappropriate and unprofessional text messages, and is very slow to respond unless she needs to pick up the rent. Weird yellow stain spotting appeared on bathroom ceiling, landlord refused to fix, HPD complaint filed, image attached.
