Pros:
Being so close to the park is a huge +, but there's been a bunch of construction
Cons:
The garage floods and the property management company is awful.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your residents, by not fixing the problems you are destroying your own building.

Meh could be worse

For the price and location it’s worth it
Great views of the park. Access to the park.
Parking for a small fee.
Lived here 4 years.
Two bedroom one and studios available
Cons:
Cold drafty old windows rocketed my electric bill. Management is almost missing completely
Some water issues. Not great color. Pressure. On and off once in a While.

Advice to owner:
Sell me it as a condo
