Good First Apt in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super’s wife cleans/ mops the state well and mail area every week.
Our apartment has stainless steel updated appliances and granite counter tops, central heat in every room, lots of light.
Cons:
Have a couple that lives below us that fights and screams every so often and you can hear everything. Have been locked inside our apartment several times from our door knob loosening and we cannot open it.
Advice to owner:
Fix the intercom/ buzz in system.
