    Terrible Landlord and terrible supervisor

    Pros:
    Smelled like garbage (oh wait that is a con)
    Cons:
    There are vermin in the building and the woman who runs it does not take complaints seriously. She acts like she does not understand even when ou put things in plain english.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the mice and roach problem.
