Pros

The unit itself isnt bad for what its worth. Sometimes theres a cop parked on the corner cause of the lack of safety

Cons

Neighborhood isnt safe Heard gunshot the second week I moved in Far from train station and bus schedules are unreliable Hot water is unreliable No built in closets in the units. They included an ikea closet but that takes up space in the rooms. There are some nice people but some crazy people. Not much in the gym
