    Pros:
    Owner kept building clean.
    Cons:
    Floors were too sensitive, our neighbors on the lower floor would be banging our floors when we dropped tv remote or keys and by 9pm landlord would inform us about quiet time when we would watch television, I guess that’s how sensitive the floors were.
