Sweet old landlord Unpleasant Daughter
Pros
Landlord always fixed any issues with the apartment. Only paid for electricity everything else was included.
Cons
The landlord has an only daughter who by default believes she owns the building. She is moody, rude and disrespectful on many occasions. There was a mice issue and I had to on multiple occasions ask them to hire a professional to take care of it. Took them about 2 years to do something about it. No pets whatsoever.
Advice to the owners
Be kinder to people. Landlord was great it was her daughter but unfortunately you have to deal with the daughter as the mom speaks only greek.
