Very nasty,nosy, bad landlord ever.

Pros

Neighborhood, access to transportation.

Cons

Landlord is full of pride being owner of building. Very nosy and hard repair and make maintenance of anything. Very less outflow of heat during winter. Very talkative and disrespectful to others. Its like living in jail and landlord is jailer. Guests are harydly allowed, Tenant probably deposit her 1.5 months deposit. And please beware when tenant collect/ refund the deposit because Landlord try to steal deposit money allegating and giving hard time that tenant damage her property and so on please beware.

Please be respectful to other. And respect the freedom and privacy of other.
