Great building for commuters

Pros:
Very close to transit. Bus, trains, and subway all available.
Cons:
Right under airways and close to airport. Occasionally get noisy on weekends and late nights.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade windows.

Avoid this building. It's disaster!
