Wonderful renting experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Monthly pest control is available to all tenants. The leasing company is responsive to all questions and concerns. I've had 2 supers and they were both great, friendly and respectful. Neighbors are quiet.
Cons:
If you live on the first floor, you hear everything that happens in the lobby (doors opening, people coming in and out).
