    Pros:
    Apartment was small but had been renovated. Nice layout.
    Cons:
    Small kitchen and a closet that doesn’t fit anything.

    Good location, lots of space
    Cons:
    No heat after March, landlord is barely responsive, pest problem, old building, no storage space
    Advice to owner:
    Turn the heat on for longer in the year
