Disgusting, roach infested
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s cheap and rent controlled
Cons:
The building is roach infested and filthy. The neighbors are loud and have no consideration for anybody
Advice to owner:
More extermination and evict loud tenants

Terrible Place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing good at all
Cons:
The landlod does not care about the tenants. He only cares about collecting his monthly rent. My apartment had roaches all over even in the bedrooms. The people upstairs made noise all day long. The garbage collection outside was so disgusting because the other tenants just did not care and threw the garbage anywhere. The building was not kept clean either. Delivered packages were sometimes stolen.
