Affordable but lacking
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great in wall AC and heating units that also include fan or dry setting. Wood floors.
Recently renovated. Affordable rent.
Cons:
No laundry in building. Poor management. Small unit size and lack of sunlight for some of the units. Bugs. Mail is often stolen.

Great but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great (subways, errands, restaurants all close). Newly renovated apartments with new appliances and floors. Decent size studio apartment for the price. Nice place to live in general.
Cons:
Small things. Renovation of building still feels unfinished. No numbers on doors, no names on mailboxes/call buttons. Laundry room still incomplete. This is common but thin walls and floors means you can hear everything your neighbors do.
