    Beside the smell, its a good building

    Pros:
    Very well renovated appartment
    They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove…
    Close to everywhere

    Cons:
    Dog piss Smelly building 24/7/365
    If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be
    Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021
    Advice to owner:
    Ban dogs
