Review of Berkeley Coop Section 3 Corp.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. It is a considered a Walker's Paradise, with a walk score between 92 and 96 out of 100.
Cons:
The Board of Directors is archaic. They refuse to bring the building’s amenities into the 21st century, specifically by declining to install electricity in the dark garages or allowing charging stations for electric vehicles. They also have astronomic Flip Tax of 25 percent when you move out.
Advice to owner:
Bring the building into 21st century.

Good co-op
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, quiet
Cons:
Slovenly neighbor repeatedly left food on top of recycling bin, was not reprimanded, attracted lots of roaches to that area.
