The area is a great area to live in however the property manager uses that to not fix any issues in the building to frustrate people into leaving so she can raise the rent for the next tenant.
Cons:
The super takes 1-2 months to fix any issue with the excuse that the property manager doesn’t respond to his order requests. Once the property manager is contacted by phone she ignores you. When you go to her office in person she acts like she’s busy so she can ignore your needs. But as soon as your late in rent she magically is free to bother you, yes even during a pandemic.
Advice to owner:
Give your property manager a reality check, she is messing with people’s lively hood while acting like she’s above everyone. Also check your reviews on Google this is not the only property you own with these issues.
