    Good place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I like living here, it’s mostly quiet, and neighbors are friendly.
    Cons:
    Pest problem, building runs hot, maintenance and cleaning is minimal to none.
    Advice to owner:
    Some updates are definitely needed in apartments
