Unfortunately no “pros” just “cons”
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unfortunately there is nothing positive from living here.
Cons:
The landlord will intimidate and harass you with the fact that he’s “a lawyer” to deter you from feeling you have any tenant rights. The building is FULL of roaches, rats, rotted floors, and even cracked ceilings. There have been bedbugs and even collapsed ceilings from water damaged. The landlord, Mr. Philip Argyropoulos has been sued before for unethical practices. Yikes!
Advice to owner:
Oh, the list could go on. To put it simply, listen to your tenants, treat them like you would like to be treated. You wouldn’t like to pay to live in an inhumane unit, would you?
