Decent rent but at what cost?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pet friendly, close to the LIRR and the 7!
Cons:
Rats at night because of the next door buildings garbage problem, intercom sucks, too many stolen items, loud neighbors, too many leaks!! ROACHES!
Advice to owner:
Actually try to take care of the building, maybe?
