Horrible building with building ownership contested in court!

Pros:
Very Close to Metro station
Cons:
- Agent poses as owner and collects rent ( All cash) - Agent comes into your apartment at anytime without prior call/ notification. Sometimes even puts his stuff in your apartment. - Tenants harassed by another party contesting ownership of the building - Sometimes hot water/ heat doesn’t come - Big hub for rats - No security, gates open, anyone can come in and do whatsoever - Garbage disposal system is awful
Advice to owner:
Get rid of your stupid agent! Provide clear understanding of building situation to tenants. Have proper maintenance facility to avoid heating, rats and garbage problems!
