Nothing good about this place.
Pros
I reported to the city about the problems about this building. Do not rent here. The owner Susan Friedman does not fix the house. She is a nice lady but does not care to pay for repairs.
Cons
Mold in the bathroom. Oven that does not work and leaks gas. Broken windows that do not open or close all the way. No water pressure or hot water if the bathroom and kitchen are being used at the same time. No heat during the cold season.
Advice to the owners
Replace the property manager, Peter Yap aka Kew Sing Yap as he does not do his job nor bothers to fix anything even when he asked. He will kick you out and laugh about it.
