    Pros:
    Amazing location, great neighborhood
    Cons:
    This building is infested with roaches and mice and it is never addressed. You have to nag the super every year to turn on the heat. The landlord is completely unresponsive and will not fix anything unless threatened with legal action or rent withheld.
