New building with flawed management

Pros

new building, pretty clean. not much to complain about except weak heaters.

Cons

management is abysmal. slow response times, always reluctant to help with any of our issues. best advice i can give if you're living here is hope nothing is broken because if there is something broken, it'll take at least 3 weeks to get it fixed. and they're also very unprofessional, felt like we weren't respected at all.
