Slum Lord, Do Not Recommend!
Former Tenant
Pros:
None that I can think of except that he, the landlord thinks that he’s a great person.
Cons:
Still owes money from an illegally listed apartment from 2013 in which my family and I were vacated from and became immediately homeless. We also got sick from the illegal apartment that we lived in and his numerous city code violations.
Advice to owner:
Aside from lying in court to a judge and trying to blame us, your former tenants for things we didn’t do, like destruction of your property, which was completely false, I’m glad that I had pictures and your pictures were time stamped to prove you to be a liar, you should realize that your actions to cut corners for your illegal apartment caused your former tenants to become sick and homeless. You should pay ALL OF YOUR DEBT OWED from the city vacate, as a landlord I’m sure that you are proficient in math skills and you know that the sum to live in Woodside, and what was paid to you was not a little over $1000 for 8 months of living in Woodside. You also required one month rent and two months security deposit payments up front. It is unfortunate that the court system AGAIN has to force you to pay because years have passed and you WILL NOT WILLINGLY PAY THE DEBT YOU OWE.
