Nightmare of an apartment

Pros:
Cheap and large room.
Cons:
This apartment has a terrible ant problem and the landlord wouldn’t fix it until I pressed them about it multiple times.
Also had a resident rat that multiplied but the landlords would only try to fix it themselves and not get a professional.
The bathroom tiles were originally pink painted white and the paint was peeling off and tons of rust.
The bathroom window had a net but with a bunch of holes so we couldn’t open the window to air it out.
The neighbors next door are terrible. They drink, smoke and blast music on the shared stoop, so it kept me up at night. Landlord didn’t do anything.
I could hear my upstairs neighbor come down the stairs and walk left and right and drop things all night.
The landlord was not willing to fix much or pay to have a professional fix many of the issues we had.
Also terrible WiFi.
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals to exterminate pests and rodents. Respond in a timely manner with a proper solution when residents need help. Actually take care of the apartment and not be so cheap.
