    Mentally unstable tenant living on 1st floor
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great heat and really good hot water 99% of the year.
    Cons:
    Entry and vestibule smell like garbage and burning plastic due to tenant in apartment 4 which refuses to shower. Smell is bad at all times and travels up to the 3rd floor.
    Advice to owner:
    Add scent diffusers in hallway.
