Horrible Experience :(
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the train station, restaurants, and supermarkets
Cons:
My time living in this basement apartment was, without a doubt, the most horrible experience of my life. The apartment itself was prone to flooding, and one day after a heavy rain, it completely flooded, causing significant damage and distress.
The noise from the neighbors upstairs was unbearable. Constant screaming, children jumping around, and various other disturbances were a daily norm. The walls and ceilings were so thin that I could literally hear everything they did, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Despite my numerous complaints to both the landlord and the neighbors, nothing ever changed. The landlord's son was exceptionally rude, often resorting to verbal violence whenever I tried to address my concerns.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering moving into this building to run the other way. The living conditions are deplorable, and the management is even worse. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to live.
Advice to owner:
Respect your renters and promptly address their issues and concerns
