Pretty good place!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors, supers are very responsive, recycling is collected daily from recycling rooms on each floor. Walls are thick. My unit is rent stabilized.
Cons:
Kitchen appliances are out of date, apartment is on the LIRR so it is very noisy. I had a problem with roaches the first 4-5 months I lived here but I haven't seen one since. Not enough outlets anywhere
