Not respectful for tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, spacious, good distance to the station.
Cons:
Have to pay for heat and hot water. Which the landlord is suppose to provide. Does not have an electronic form of payment. Landlord has a language communication barrier.
Advice to owner:
Be open to make the adjustments to respect tenants rights. If not, the landlord should not own any apartments.
