The neighbors are great, and it is close to the park and the grocery store
Cons:
Management launches wars on tenants and evicts/seeks to make life unbearable for you to get you to leave if they dislike you for any reason. The Parker is a rebrand attempt for The Grosvenor which rightly has terrible reviews here and on Yelp. As a corner unit, they are using an alternate address rather than the street address (82-116 Grosvenor Lane vs 82-77 116th Street which is the actual address).
Advice to owner:
Fire Jeff Zheng and hire new management experienced and skilled with multiple dwelling units before he costs you more money with his petty feuds.
