Avoid at All Costs

Pros

Size of apartment for a new build.

Cons

Property manager. Constant fire alarms. No mechanical ventilation. Not responsive. Roach infestations. Awful neighbors. Cigarettes indoors. Stolen packages. Loud parties. Overpriced. Gym isn’t functional. Windows and doors don’t seal correctly. Planter outside are full of weeds and trash. U-Haul company that leases the garage space is full of degenerates that are rude. I could go on and on. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Advice to the owners

Get a different property manager. Previous company sucked, but things got done. Let the Super make decisions and do his job.
