Amazing, quiet area. Safe. Clean sidewalks. Building is new. Hard floors are nice. Actual window in living rooms.
1 of 2 dryers has been broken the entire 2 years I’ve lived here and management doesn’t fix it. Sometimes slow to respond but generally good. Long walk to train.
Rent could be less.
