Worse building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that this building has a laundry room and a garage access for tenants.
Cons:
The building’s management is the worse. They dont provide any security for tenants and there packages. Owner doesn’t put cameras after tenants got together to write a letter and collected signatures from the apartment tenants and declined. The building doesnt care to keep the building nice and clean. Elevator is always not working or gets stuck. Doesn’t enforce the rules of the building. People always smoking and smoking weed on the stairwells and cigarrette buds always on the floor it’s disgusting! The heating sucks. They turn it on for a couple if minutes and then turn it off. The apartments are always cold and tenants have to buy electric heaters to keep warm during the night and day which we have to pay extra towards our electric bill.
Advice to owner:
Please take care of the building. We pay so much on rent and you dont care to fix the building to make it nice. Please care about our needs as tenants because this is where we live and we need to feel safe in the environment we are in.
